Panasonic Electronic Components POSCAP™ TQS Conductive Tantalum Polymer Solid Capacitors utilize a sintered tantalum anode and a proprietary high-conductivity polymer for a cathode, resulting in low equivalent series resistance (ESR). The TQS series offers 100mΩ maximum ESR, 47µF and 68µF capacitance, and 35V rated voltage. These chip capacitors provide a safe alternative to generic tantalum capacitors and are high-temperature reflow solder capable. The surface-mount chip devices are available in a 7.3mm x 4.3mm footprint with a height of 1.4mm or 1.9mm and a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C.
